The OINP Entrepreneur Stream lets experienced entrepreneurs start or buy a business in Ontario and gain Canadian Permanent Residency. Applicants begin on a temporary work permit and can apply for PR after meeting their business goals.

  • Invest CAD $600k in GTA or $200k outside GTA/ICT.
  • Net worth: CAD $800k (GTA) or $400k (outside GTA/ICT).
  • Own at least 33.3% and create 1–2 full-time jobs.
  • CLB 4 in English or French and active management in Ontario.
