  • Age 21 or older with minimum high school education.
  • 3 years of business ownership or 5 years in management.
  • Net worth of CAD 600,000 and investment of at least CAD 150,000.
  • CLB 5 in English or French and creation of one full-time job.
  • Own at least 33.3% and operate the business for 12 months before nomination.
