  • Proven business ownership or senior management experience.
  • Net worth: CAD $500,000 in Yellowknife or $250,000 outside.
  • Investment: CAD $300,000 in Yellowknife or $150,000 outside.
  • Minimum CLB 4 in English/French and post-secondary education.
  • Create one local full-time job and reside in the Northwest Territories.
