1. Australia 132B Business Talent Visa (Permanent)

Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream:
A permanent visa to start a new business or develop an existing one. Requires AUD 1 million in venture capital funding from AIC.

2. Subclass 188 Business Innovation and Investment Visa (Provisional)

Valid for 4 years, this provisional visa lets businessmen or entrepreneurs own/manage an existing business. Requirements include state nomination, invitation to apply, and EOI submission.

3. Significant Investor Stream (Subclass 188C)

Requires an AUD 5 million investment and nomination from AUS Trade. Similar to Subclass 188 but for high-value investors.

4. Subclass 888 Business Innovation & Investment Visa (Permanent)

Business Innovation Extension stream:
Holders of Subclass 188 may extend their provisional visa, valid for 6 years initially with a 2-year extension. Family members may be included.

5. Significant Investor Extension Stream

Holders of Subclass 188 in the Significant Investor stream may extend their provisional visa up to 4 years with nomination.

6. Premium Investor Stream (Subclass PIV)

For investors capable of investing AUD 15 million in Australia. Requires nomination from AUS Trade. Valid for 4 years.

7. Entrepreneur Stream (Subclass 188E)

A temporary 4-year visa for entrepreneurs with a funding agreement of at least AUD 200,000 to conduct business in Australia.
