Hi, Xiphias was helpful in my journey from getting the profile created to getting PPR. While there were few hiccups in between (frequent staff changes, delay in getting call-backs/complete responses, lack of proper knowledge transfer among staff, non-proactive approach to document review), the overall process was fine. Although I feel that the price tag is quite hefty for the services offered, I am thankful to the team for guiding me through. Soumya, Svetaleena, and Mr. Mehrani were helpful throughout the process. I have recommended Xiphias to countless other folks. Thank you team for the support.

I have connected with Xiphias for my Canada PR process. The experience until now has been satisfactory. Mr. Payman Mehrani, the immigration consultant, has been the most patient, supportive and professional member of the team. He has been constantly explaining, mentoring, suggesting and guiding us completely and anytime we require it. I found Mr. Mehrani to be extremely passionate throughout the process. He has really guided me in every difficult situation we faced during the application process and always comes up with practical, reasonable solutions. Regarding their India support team, they have been very supportive. I would like to extend my gratitude towards Ms. Sneha who was always one phone call away for any issues or clarifications we required during our initial documentation stage. Mr. Thilak has also been very supportive helping resolve queries and giving the right guidance. A special mention of Ms. Gayathri who has been extremely patient and responsive in coordinating with us on the documentation requirements. She has been really helpful to ensure that timely support is provided and requirements are communicated in advance to the extent possible. Ms. Svetaleena has also been guiding on matters requiring her intervention. There were some hiccups we experienced at certain steps of the application, which probably could be avoided with a slight proactive approach. For instance, advising on translation of documents in regional language from translators, initiation of notarizing the documents once ITA is received and similar things could perhaps ease the process for applicant and help crunch timelines for ensuring the readiness on applicant's part. However, the team ensures the process compliance happens in time. I would also request Xiphias to make the consulting fee reasonable for clients to make it justified against the process followed. Was introduced to Xiphias by a friend, not sure of how it will go I started my journey with Xiphias. I will be very Honest that they were more professional and helpful than I expected. All my queries were handled patiently and efficiently. Payman is one of the most amazingly professional folks I have come across. The entire team was thoroughly professional, quick and always patient in addressing the numerous queries which I had pre and post the ITA process.
