My relationship with Xiphias goes way back to 2012 when I started my QSWP preparation and I would vouch for the excellent service Varun (Singh) has provided all the way, be it my CSQ phase or the Federal stage phase. I had to add my Spouse as a dependent in the CSQ and I was supported all the while over the whole period from 2013 (CSQ application submission) until the time I received my CSQ to the time when mine and my wife's passport got stamped with the PR visa. My special Thanks to Varun and his team being an excellent support system as the whole Immigration process can be quite overwhelming for a layman who may not be aware of the nuances of the process. Varun has and will always be the guiding light and I wish him All the Best as 'Immigration Specialists' to make Dreams come true for many many deserving candidates. My Journey with Xiphias Dubai started in June 2018, Xiphias was the 5th Agency i contacted in Dubai. All the other agencies were extremely reluctant to provide answers to all my queries unless i paid them the fees upfront,and they were always urging me to register with them first and then questions. With Xiphias there was never such an issue.i must have contacted them at least 50 times thru calls/and watsapp messages with different queries ( Some very Silly..) and each and every time they answered all my questions without hesitation , at times they even called me back when they couldn't answer my calls even though they knew that it was for another Q& A :) All this before i even paid a Single Penny!! I genuinely dont think the kind of assistance (IELTS/WES./PCC/BANK/EXP LETTER)they provided me would not have been provided by any other agencies. So finally armed with all the necessary Info and documents i paid my 1st Installment on 28-Jan 2019, entered the Pool on 30-Jan-2019 , Got my ITA on 31-Jan-2019, PR on 03-Nov-19. The paper work and documentation was so perfect and water tight that i didn't have any additional requests from CIC. ( No Loopholes) i would like to thank the below people especially because the support/ assistance they provided me were Above -and-Beyond Customer Service Mr Prashanth( Dubai Office)- For his words of encouragement and Easy going Manner Ms Tasni/ Ms Styna( Dubai Office)- For answering all my queries without any hesitation and always being willing to assist in any way possible. Mr Payman Mehrani ( IRCC Consultant)- For guiding me on how to improve my CRS Scores and keeping me updated of the status of of application Ms Ankita( Bangalore Office)- For making sure i enter the Pool on 30-Jan-2019, if she had left it uncompleted i wouldnt have received my ITA even now...

A special word of thanks to Mr. Payman Mehrani firstly. His advice and suggestions went a long way in our comfortable arrival in Canada. The whole process was simplified by the Xiphias team. Hi I am happy to write this review as we received our PPR request(for Canada) within 3 1/2 Months after receiving eAOR. This journey wouldn't have been successful if not these three people, Sandhali - made our doubtful choice trustworthy, Svetaleena- happy to see someone with a lot of patience and knowledge and Payman Mehrani-you get to interact with him directly and he knows what is required for each client. They did a lot of support beyond what I expected. Thank you, Xiphias and the whole team.

Rating 4.5/5 Pros: Clear and process oriented In-depth knowledge of the process Helpful & supportive Special call out to Zareen from post ITA team who was always available for us through the entire process making it hassle-free. Payman- Understands the breath and width of the entire Canadian immigration process Cons Please call out upfront on the documentation part before receiving the ITA. This took us a lot of time to procure our documents and get things started. If not for the above I would have given a five star rating. @Xphias immigration Me and my wife worked along with Xiphias to get our PR status in Canada and we are glad we have finally completed all our procedures. When I think of working with you, I have a mixed opinion. To begin with the positives : Mr. Payman Meharani sir was unbelievable. I am not sure if I would have words enough to describe how helping and knowledgeable he was about the whole process. He was very supportive and sorted out all our queries. I don't think there would be many consultants better than him. Our dreams would not have come true without his unconditional support. Well about the negatives : The entire process needs to be smoothened out. Especially the post ITA team and process. We were just flabbergasted with how irresponsible the whole thing was handled, right from providing wrong information to the enormous unwanted delay in document submission, unwanted promises and many more. The enthusiasm that you had during the initial sign up and even during the pre ITA period had died out and at one point we even regretted that we choose you to work with. It was unbelievable that we could not contact your team even through a phone call. In short, I would recommend Xiphias to anyone who has all the documents readily available, patience to handle the unwanted delays, ready to work all alone with just the guidance of an expert consultant.
