We had contacted Xiphiasis with all doubts that could crop up in someone's mind when stepping into the immigration process considering the amount of documentation and money involved. We discussed with their sales team headed by Prashanth in Dubai who explained to us the entire flow of things, major steps and high level list of documents that would be required. We have now completed all processes and documentation required for Australian PR and it has been a seamless experience and their processing team has been prudent to highlight at various stages regarding the inputs required from our side. @Xiphias Team, I got to know about Xiphias from one of my friends. I started by PR Journey in March 2017. And finally made it through to the ITA with a score of 438 on the Jan 31' 19 Draw. and a COPR on 26th July 2019. @the entire team, they helped me walk through out the entire process with a lot of patience and stern understanding of the system. I would like to thank the entire processing team for their support, guidance and services during my Canada PR process. Initially, I have contacted the agency on 19/NOV/2018 in Kottayam Branch (Amster). I already had my IELTS score that time. They have requested my Experience letter, Employment reference letter, Resume and my graduation certificate. On 22/NOV, they have mailed me a basic assessment report of Canada Immigration. On 23/Nov, I have signed the agreement with them. On 27/NOV, they have created a WES account for me and explained various stages of  services from their side. On 28/NOV, I have shared every documents of mine to them. On 24/JAN/2019, I got my WES report. Then again I have done some of the document work in their portal and my file was transferred to Banglore branch (Xiphias) on 01/FEB. On 13/FEB, my express entry profile was created. Unfortunately, I din't get through the draw on 20/FEB and 06/MAR. On 20/MAR, the cut off was 452 and I got the draw and they have mailed to submit all the docs before 20/MAY. At the same time, I have done my PCC and Medical. My final application was submited within two weeks and on 13/APR/2019, I have received ITA. On 27/MAY, I have completed my Biometrics and currently, I'm waiting for the COPR.   I would strongly recommend Xiphias to all those people who intend to move to Canada. I have deep gratitude towards Mr Payman who was very helpful throughout the entire process, my coordinators (Sharu, Sruthi and Remya from Kottayam, Shwetaleena and Zareen from Banglore) and the whole team at Xiphias who worked efficiently and cordially to complete the application.

I was a client of Xiphias using their service for Canada immigration under Federal Skilled Worker programme. After my 2-month long research and contact with several immigration consultancies, I landed up with Xiphias after finding positive customer feedback and their unique registration and certification status. I walked into their Bengaluru office in October 2018 wherein I was immediately given an appointment with Ms Chandrakala from the sales team. She was very courteous and walked me through every detail of the process and cleared my doubts happily. One of the main concerns we will have while approaching consultants is trusting them with the hefty fees they charge -- but after almost 9 months of my relationship with them, I can assure you that you are in perfectly safe and faithful hands if you are going to choose Xiphias as your immigration consultant though the consultant fee charged is definitely overpriced. Getting into the Express Entry process for Canada, it is not compulsory that you hire a consultant to get through the process. All information is clearly provided on the Canada government website and we can proceed on our own, given that we are very well-planned, organized and systematic without any other distraction. This is where Xiphias comes in -- they will take up the responsibility to plan and organize the application schedule and push us at every step if we are getting distracted with our job or day-to-day activities. It starts with WES Educational Credential Assessment (ECA), which almost consumed about 2 months for me. In the meantime, I made use of the very helpful IELTS preparation online tool provided by Xiphias and obtained the desired score in IELTS. An Express Entry profile was created in the third week of December 2018 and to my good fortune, I received an Invitation to Apply in the very next draw on January 10, 2019 when the cut-off CRS score was 449. I had some confusions during this stage as I was not allowed to access my Express Entry profile and I had to depend on my coordinators for every step but then following an email of mine, I received a Skype call from Mr Payman Mehrani, the CEO himself, who patiently explained and clarified all my concerns. It was very kind of him to do that, wherein he explained that as the consultancy is registered with Govt. of Canada's CIC, they have a separate consultant account and they process all their clients' profiles through this single account. Thus, it would not be possible to provide separate access to each client's profile. My account was handed over to the ITA Team (Ms Shwetlina) at Xiphias after this. This stage required me to obtain Police and medical clearance along with settlement fund documents. As Xiphias had instructed me to obtain my work experience and all educational documents earlier, a lot of time was saved and gave me ample time to proceed with notarizing all the documents and then go on to scanning and uploading the same. After thorough review, feedback and corrections, Xiphias submitted my final application three weeks before my PR application deadline after receiving ITA (in February). I faced minor hiccups at this stage too because of staff shortage at Xiphias office and some technical reasons but then Xiphias promptly resolved all issues professionally and responsibly. What I would like to stress is that the team takes every step to ensure that there are no errors resulting from misinterpretations or overlooking of instructions in the documents submitted and revert to us at every stage to make corrections so that the final submission is free of all errors and the processing goes smooth. I received my biometrics request in April 2019 and final passport request in July 2019. The passport with the visa along with COPR was returned to me by the fourth week of July 2019. I have deep gratitude towards Mr Payman, my coordinators and the whole team at Xiphias who worked efficiently and cordially to complete the application. I would like to thank each and every one of them and recommend Xiphias to all the future immigration aspirants while reminding that the service may not exactly be value for money considering the consultant fee charged and the option for individuals to apply on their own.
