A huge shout to Sneha K, who handled my profile initially, addressing all my queries, being so patient and she made me believe that I am going to sail through this. It would be incomplete , if I do not mention the name of Ms. Svetaleena, who handled my profile after ITA, she is your go to person for everything. She clarifies your queries in such a way that, you do not have to search any social media or youtube channels for further clarifications. Thanks a lot Svetaleena. I have contacted Xiphias Immigration (Amster Group) in 2015 by seeing an ad in the newspaper, which says they will help to get PR for just 1.5L. While every other immigration supporters (say Polinsys) need only 20,000 as first instalment, this group need half of the amount i.e. 75,000. At the time of payment they promise there will be a refund of certain percentage, if your process fails. Unless you pay the amount, they will not tell you the exact process, they will hide important things and say its very easy to migrate. They will offer Document support, but don’t believe them they will not support you to create documents. You need to find yourself to get all documents. I have asked them several times to check my documents are correct, and without verifying their staff said everything is fine. Later I found myself big mistake in one of my document. They will send emails most of the days to write IELTS, which is annoying. I have passed IELTS and they have promised, will find job offer for me. But when I submit all documents, what these guys done is they created a login account for me in a job search website. This is what they called support. And when I asked for refund, there reply is “The agreement does not come to end by the request of claiming a refund, we regret to inform you that there is no option for a refund covered under clause -7 of the agreement which is agreed upon.” There is a print at the back of the receipt that, they will not refund. I can say no one will get receipt before paying amount and no one is going to look back side of the receipt, as the amount is written on front of it.

Worst consultancy ever. I paid full amount with a score of 8,7,7,7 for Canadian Immigration. Non-responsive. Not even communicating seriously. The marketing team will talk you into paying and registering. That's all. No work after that.

I have been associated with XIPHIAS for the last one year. Therehas been no support whatsoever from the bangalore team. They make false promises and try to deceive everyone. They are no better than any other consultant. Ever since the Express entry has been filed they are never reachable the feedback that they send you are just COPY AND PASTE from other websites. Not even one single time they have contacted us or responded to our calls after they extracted their fees . My contact person was Shaheen, the most laid back person and ultimate misfit for the job. Please do not trust them, I am seriously contemplating legal action against them. I advice please stay away from them. My number is 8826030169 please contact for more details.

We liked working with Xiphias. The team is very supportive and helpful. They helped us a lot with the documentation. Staff is extremely courteous. They had tremendous patience even when we had lost our patience as to when will we get our visa. I can say one of the worst consultancy I saw in my life . They take lakhs of rupees as fees and will sleep . Once they get the money their way of communication changes and rarely they will contact you . They are asking 1.25 lakh rupees to do clerical works . Please don't try this consultancy . There is no justice for your money .
