Canada Immigration - Express Entry Program

  • Applicant must provide proof about his/her language proficiency, which indemnifies that the applicant has reached the set CLB.

  • Applicant has enough work experience in the past 5 years in the same domain as his/her education.

The Process

i. Aspirants submit their profile into the Express Entry pool through the online portal.

ii. Candidates are selected or filtered based on the score and ranking system. Each profile in the Express Entry pool is awarded certain points based on the below factors-

  • a. Language Proficiency
  • b. Age
  • c. Education
  • d. Work experience
  • e. Certificates
  • f. Adaptability
  • g. Other factors

Based on the score, a rank is awarded to the profile.

iii. The profile which gets highest ranks are sent an Invitation to Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence Permit with the Federal Government.

iv. All those aspirants who have received the ITA will have to submit another application with supporting documents within 60 days of receiving the same. Inconsistence of any form would lead to cancellation of the application.

  • Certified Language proficiency test results from authorized agencies
  • Certified Police records proving no past criminal records
  • Medical certificate to prove one’s sound health
  • Education assessment reports
  • Work experience certificates
  • Miscellaneous documents
