In FB also below points raise suspicion:
1. The detailed reviews are extremely positive, praising the Xiphias individuals. This is not usual customer behaviour, that too, when we pay hefty fees (double compared to other consultants). Few might praise, but all detailed positive reviews also always praise someone every time? This raises suspicion if reviews are cooked.
2. Further there were only positive in most of reviews.It is not natural that all customers are 100% satisfied. Idealistic service never exists. That too over 12 years, there would have been few concerns definitely and I wanted to see how they were solved. No reviews talked about that almost. This too raises suspicion.
3. Many reviews (like more than 50%) are just empty with no words, but 5*. Raises suspicion.
4. And many of those reviews are from profiles, with almost no activity and many are from other countries. I wonder why they have to review about Indian consultancy. This raises strong doubt if many of them are fake profiles, and thus fake reviews.
5. I messaged to about more than 10 of them, almost none replied properly. One has replied and am awaiting more info from him/her.
6. When I asked your contact about all these, there was no explanation at all.
If Xiphias is genuine, why resort to so many fake reviews. If Xiphias is transparent, why no explanation about that.
There is also clause in retainer agreement, that client should not share any negative reviews about Xiphias. This also is disturbing. How could one deny another's right to share his/her opinion on their own social media.
To this day I could not find a single client to whom I could talk, and learn more about the real experience. As explained earlier, reviews here and FB are not sounding genuine and gives a skewed positive perspective.
The nature of data itself sometimes speaks about the quality. Currently I am unable to deduce from review data due to above points. Please explain.
There are some detectable patterns in fake reviews. In Xiphias I could find them as explained above.

Varun, there are two outcomes from your reply.
1. Positive: By replying and also keeping my detailed comment online, you are increasing my confidence level. You did not just try to suppress it. This is good. I appreciate it.
2. Negative: You have not replied fully. I am not talking about negative marketing from competitors at all when I mention fake reviews. I have seen some negative reviews in few platforms and Xiphias had reacted harshly but that is for another discussion.
My point was about the positive fake reviews. Why would competitor give extreme positive reviews or empty reviews with 5*? That does not make sense. I think your digital marketing team could answer my questions about concerns I raised in my previous reply. The questions are about extreme positive or empty reviews with suspicious observable pattern. How is that every detailed positive review ends up praising one or another person ALWAYS? Why there are no neutral or negative reviews (your marketing team should have known this better) the lack of which simply raises suspicion about overall genuineness of the reviews. And more than all, why so many empty 5* positive reviews from profiles from different countries?

3. I also said, your contact already told me that I cannot talk to any clients. Nevertheless, I will show her your reply and check again about that. But I would appreciate, if Xiphias is more transparent on these and give me detailed answers. Why fake positive reviews are disturbing me? It is because of trust. It is not a one time pay and get service option. We are entering in a long term bond paying hefty amount, so I want the consultancy to be as trustworthy as possible.
4. Regarding price, other competitors are quoting 80k total for consultancy including all processes till PR. And I have also verified your registration in IRCC, that is one main reason I am still sticking with Xiphias, asking so many questions. As I explained above, IRCC registration alone does not guarantee trust (though one could complain in IRCC but I do not want such hassles), and reviews are giving a different picture as I just explained. Awaiting quick transparent detailed explanation.
5. Also,would be great if the clause about prohibiting client to share his experience (neutral/negative) in retainer agreement is also explained.

In regards to fees we dn't consider any competition in market and there is no comparison with other fees and with ours services and from last 10 years our fees has been same and we have thousands of successful stories with same fees contracts.Its not about hefty payments to us its simple reinvestment on yourself and family without any experiments and choosing the consultants with price tags is not the right research!

Varun, I precisely explained the exact concerns in detailed points already earlier because of observable patterns suggesting that many of the 5* reviews could be fake. I never asked naively like "Xiphias, there are no comments in reviews,. I hold you responsible". No, that is not what I ask/mean.

You can see, most of the reviewers names were not Indian. I randomly checked many of their profiles and they are from different countries. Now I do not say all reviewers are fake. I also cannot check all profiles,as I do not have time for that, so I ask Xiphias, as a potential client, what is happening here. I study data analytics and I know some thing about how to detect genuine/fake data. I shared an observable pattern as explained already. If this disturbing pattern is one thing that is preventing me to sign up with Xiphias, not getting clear answer on that is pushing me further away.
My simple question is, why would many empty profiles from different countries give 5* rating to Indian consultancy? That does not mean I hold Xiphias responsible. As also a software company (Xiphias Technologies) you should know better about online reviews (you already are combating fake negative reviews as you said). I think your digital marketing team could understand my question better (whoever maintains the facebook page or responsible for marketing via that platform)
I am already in touch with your support, learnt all involved process and only pending step is to sign up with payment. Due to this blocking point above, it is pending. Your contact has not given answer, but I will forward this query anyway to your helpdesk [email protected] as well.
Regarding hefty amount, it is subjective, its huge for me compared to others and also many others I spoke with (who are also checking with such services and having price quotes). It may not be big amount for Xiphias.

I came to Xiphias doors to do my Immigration. My file has not even moved an inch since last 1.9 years. I have sent you mails on issues with no response from your end. Your bangalore office said that our consultant is from Hong Kong and i have never been in any contact with him either. I have been regularly coming to your Bangalore office and my case is handled by Sv*****na. I could now reply to Bhanu, but your reply makes me tired of asking. What you do is kind of like whataboutery, so I have to course correct you back to my specific questions again and again. I was just a potential customer for you and you are just losing me due to this.
1. What is the point of that or any verification after payment? 75k is not small amount, and I do not want to go through hassles of refund after payment if I find any issue.
2. I still did not get, why there are many empty 5* reviews from empty profiles from different countries. This just skewed the overal rating to 5* in your facebook page in favour of Xiphias. Do you mean, all those people are also your customers but not from India? (eg, they are from Philippines and resettled elsewhere via Xiphias?).
I will revert if I have more. Also will reply Bhanu when time permits. Now I have initiated WES anyway, that gives some time to choose immigration consultancy. I had paid 2k, registered and got your CRS evaluation via Chandini.

Hi Bibhuti, As I mentioned earlier, I got response, but its mostly sugar coated, and not specifically answering my question as I pointed out.
The main issues I see are
1. Without reading retainer agreement, we need to pay up front, the first phase of fees. Only after registering with that, we get to see agreement (and also other customers via them).
2. And even if we have any issues in that agreement, they will not change it. And since you would have already paid, you cannot do much later. They say we could complain to IRCC but I do not want to get in to such hassles, when I could have prevented it upfront with proper checks as these are time sensitive issues. Afaik, this is what other agencies do as well, so its another blocking point for me.
3. I have not come across any real customer who have praised so much positively regarding Xiphias. I want real honest detailed feedback. I am still searching in facebook.
4. As already explained facebook reviews sounded sketchy, so from data analysis perspective, the outliers call for attention/inquiry. This is why I asked the questions above reg reviews. The one Bhanu gave is that, those people are also real customers, as Xiphias serves different countries, for which I had asked another question in my reply above.
Afaik, other agencies are worse. At least Xiphias is engaging with these discussions, others do not even talk about it when you raise more such questions. Eg, Y-axis.
This is why I still in dilemma to decide if to go with Xiphias. If not, I will mostly do by myself, not via other agencies.

m3: yes, TOS is updated before sign up, because we sign on TOS (retainer) agreement so that is not the point at all (how do you even come up with this?). The point is, we are asked to pay 75k before we get to see TOS (retainer) agreement itself.

Hi deep, I have not taken decision yet, due to same highlighted concerns earlier. Except here and Xiphias FB page, I cannot find anywhere else, customers praising Xiphias so much, that too, all follow a similar pattern which raised my doubt from data analyst perspective. I have met so far only a single person that too via FB, where she claimed Xiphias was OK (not as much as she reviewed) as well. It would be highly reasonable if cost is like within some 25k, but total about 2L is unreasonable to take chance. Because you have to apply, get the documentations in every step anyway. Xiphias will review and give guidance. And for that, the amount sounds unreasonable (not just Xiphias, I say this for any consultancy quoting similar amount). Not just money, we also hand over the power to them, so honest replies were expected than getting around the questions with marketing jargon which I faced in my conversations with Varun as you could see in previous chat. These are only pushing me away. I would have probably chosen right away if
1. I read the entire agreement before paying anything. And then they change it when I have points to modify.
2. They charge nominal fees (2L is still not justified, but so far other consultancies as well)
3. Neutral reviews showcasing both + and -. There is nothing like error free service, so there ought to be few negative reviews even if they are very less. Every single review ends up praising Xiphias is normally against mass psychological behavior thus raising suspicion. Usually people who are negatively affected by the service would be mostly coming forward first, to share reviews. Where are they?
4. No real world examples I could meet who have successfully gone via consultancy. Any one who has gone, they ask me back why consultancy and you could do yourself.

Also this is only for the clients who have achieved the success beyond such researchs.Also we do not convince anyone to join us and we our representation says everything !
