Are you real? The amount you charge is way too high compared to other consultants. I doubt if these review are real.

Hi Everyone, Today I'm in Toronto with a full time job in hand, and XIPHIAS is the reason for it. The entire process was very smooth, right from the day one. Big thanks to Nibu who is great when it comes to communication and analytical skills, insisted i apply for PR at the right time(best decision of my life). Special thanks to Ranjitha and Kavya for handling profile with great care. Last but not the least, i would like to thank Payman Mehrani for an extended support and the exposure to the life in canada. For anyone who is seeing this, XIPHIAS is the best, don't hesitate in choosing them.

It was a very good experience with Xiphias during my Canada PR application. The team handled my application very professionally and in a timely manner. They guided me thoroughly in each stage of the PR VISA. My first point of contact, Mr. Aparajit, explained the entire process explicitly and answered several of the queries during the initial stages. Ashwini, guided me through preparation of documents for getting ITA whereas Kavya helped me in the application process, giving her valuable inputs from time to time. Special thanks to Mr. Payman who has been very meticulous and particular about documents, which is the most important part of the process. He is exceedingly proficient in his work, knows what exactly is required and has been extremely prompt in answering my long list of queries.

Our experience with XIPHIAS is very bad. We have started our process on end of 2016. We submitted all the documents for verification on Feb 2017. They took 4 months to review the documents. We waited patiently and asked them about other documents that need to be submitted for Skill assessment, but they said nothing. On May 2017 after verifying the documents, they asked us to give the experience documents certified by a notary. Again we managed to give the same within 2 weeks. After that they again wasted one more month and applied for skill assessment only on July. To make it fast we given additional money to apply the skill assessment in fast-track. We got our skill assessment done within one month (on Aug 2017). They applied for EOI on Aug 2017(may be because of the pressure from our side) and on Oct 10 they informed us that EOI has come. We were so happy that now only remaining task is applying PR. We have given all the remaining documents within no time. Really the EOI came on Sep 20th and they didn’t informed the same to us on time. There on 60 days time to apply for PR. We thought the last date to apply in DEC 9 2017, but actually the last date was NOV 19 2017. We realized this only on Nov 02. After that they asked for Indian PCC. We managed to get PCC also 1 week prior to Nov 19th. We were too much worried and asked them to submit the PR application before last date. But every day they gave some excuses and dragged till last date. We didn’t get any confirmation on Nov 19th about the application submit ion. When we enquired they told the system crashed and we raised a complaint to DIBP. Today in JAN 25 2018, already more than 2 months after the last date for submitting PR. Still now they are enquiring to DIBP. Still our application is incomplete and they are talking to DIBP. No idea what will be outcome, because of their carelessness. So my advice to people who are looking for PR in Australia, try some other agency or do it yourself. Please don’t go with XIPHIAS. Only because of them we lost our money, time and effort. We can get PR on time, if we don’t go with these people.

Wow!! Thats the only word I can think of when I talk about Xiphias. I could get my Canada PR only because of them. A highly professional, pro-active and motivated team. They know their work very well. I was interacting with Ashwani and Kavya and both have been amazing!! All my queries were answered without any delay or ambiguity. They are very cautious and careful with the documentation, which I believe is the most important part in getting your PR after ITA. All the documents were submitted in a complete and flawless manner which helped me to get my COPR in 20 days!! My experience with Xphias has been very professional on every front. From the time I started my interactions with them for the initial enquiry. With respect to the documentation they seem to over cautious as they do not want to give any room for ambiguity. This might become irritating at times. All my queries and questions were answered without any delay. Barring a few hiccups with documentations everything went as planned so that I received my COPR. Thanks to Mr.Payman, Mr.Nibu from Sales and Ms. Ashwini and Kavya from documentation for all the support with respect to my case. X
