I would like to thank Xiphias for my Australia PR. The PR was a lengthy process. They gave me clear instructions on what documents to submit. They followed up with me with emails and calls. Whenever I had doubt, they sent sample documents for my reference. The only gap I felt was that they do not have any preparatory materials for PTE. They have preparatory materials for IELTS, but not for PTE. If that was there, it would have been awesome. Apart from this everything else went smoothly.

I would like to thank the entire team from Xiphias for their excellent services during the processing of my PR for Canada.They are highly professional and have in-depth knowledge about the entire process. I would like to thank the Xiphias team. I received my PR in March 2018. Throughout the process, the team which included Mr. Payman Mehrani, Rajeshwari, Shashank R, Ranjitha and Chris were very helpful. Here are the things I liked about them. 1. The instructions they provide at every step is very clear. 2. They respond quickly to queries regarding the application. 3. I appreciate the knowledge level these people have regarding the process, especially Mr. Payman. A long journey with Xiphias from india since 2014, but every moment was memorable and mostly testing my patience level as we moved forward with each step towards the immigration process. I started my PR process by the end of 2014 with all the paperwork and decided to submit the application (EOI) in express entry as Canada came up with the new immigration system in 2015. It was completely a new process and we had been coordinating with each other to find what we could do better. From the beginning, I had a lot of conversations with "Varun" personally and he was very supportive and answered my call without any hesitation. It took almost 2 years before I decided to move to canada as a student, even though we gave a thought of PNP process. Once I secured my university admission, xiphias helped me in processing my student visa. When I was finishing my masters, the team promptly kept track of my status and updated my express entry profile and got ITA on Aug 2018. From that point, the team from bangalore and "Payman" in vancouver stayed in touch with me very often and kept on updating me with each step. I had been constantly in touch with "Shivam" from bangalore who was working on my documents and application consolidation. It took almost 2 months to gather all the required documents and wrap up the final application by Oct 2018. I even had few situations with different opinion of thoughts and arguments with "Payman" and "Shivam" as well, but both of them were very supportive till the end. I would like say a ton of thanks to "Mr. Shivam" for being very patient and polite every time we had a call. And I wanna thank "Mr.Payman" for handling my application and move every stage very professionally. I got my PR approval and passport request by end of Jan 2019 which is less than 4 months. And finally I would like to thank "Varun" for being very flexible and supportive throughout the entire process. More than a consultant / client relationship, I see him more as a friend. Once again I would like to thank each and everyone who were involved / been part of this entire success.

The team at Xiphias is a highly responsive one, with strong focus on actions and getting work done. Right from the start, they make sure to support you with utmost passion, covering all points and leaving no page unturned. Pragmatic, yet meticulous in their approach, the team at every level, from docs to legal will deliver nothing but the best! My only 2 cents on improvement- better intra-communication and coordination can help increase their efficiency to the little whatever level it's lacking by. Overall, been a pleasure being served by them.

It has been a great experience dealing with Xiphias. I called them on a whim because Mr Payman Mehrani is an authorized IRCC agent and the initial process discussing my applicability and process was so smooth I had no hesitation in choosing Xiphias as the agency to represent me in the express entry process. Rashmi handled my initial paperwork and was most kind and always available to answer my zillion questions and help me out with each and every tiny detail from education assessment to following up on documentation regularly and tirelessly. Though we ultimately did not use Xiphias' IELTS prep material, the thought of it being available was a big boost and we scored big with normal IELTS practice papers. And Rashmi worked very hard to get my EE profile created in time for the scheduled next day's draw. When we did not get thru the subsequent two-three draws, she was very patient and calmed me down. Then one bright morning, we made the cut! And then, Varun stepped in to handle my case and was very helpful and professional. Payman also intervened at times to ensure we had all the necessary supporting documentation. I am highly impressed with the level of detail and care taken to ensure each and every possibility was foreseen and accomodated for in terms of documentation so that application is not rejected for lack of completeness. Thru the various stage of the ITA, Payman was very patient and understanding in answering all my questions and providing updates proactively. Then this year we got the PPR and here we are eagerly waiting to start a new phase in our lives and career in Canada and all due to Xiphias. I am absolutely certain that this has been possible only due to the exceptional knowledge, pragmatism and professionalism from Xiphias. There never has been a time that a call of mine has gone unanswered or a query unsolved. It was a pleasure dealing with you!
