Eligibility

  • Must be invested in active investments in New Zealand, including companies, equities, or managed funds.
  • Minimum 21 days in New Zealand during the three-year Growth investment period.
  • Funds must be transferred within six months after an Approval in Principle (AIP) is issued by Immigration New Zealand.
  • Applicants must meet health, character, and lawful source-of-funds requirements.
  • The New Zealand investment visa allows the applicant to include a partner and dependent children up to age 24.
