Responsibilities

Own wireframes → high-fidelity designs in Figma
Create responsive, accessible components (WCAG focus)
Partner with devs to ship pixel-perfect, fast pages
Run quick user tests and iterate from data

Requirements

3–6 years UI/UX with a strong web portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and component libraries
Understanding of accessibility and performance basics

Nice to have

Experience with Next.js/Tailwind handoff
Motion/interaction design chops
