Senior Immigration Sales Manager

Remote (Anywhere) • Full-time • INR 1,200,000–1,800,000/yr

Role summary

Lead a small squad of executives, refine the playbook, and close high-value deals for residency, citizenship, and corporate mobility.


About the role

You’ll combine coaching with hands-on closing to level up our revenue engine and candidate experience.


Responsibilities

  • Own monthly revenue targets and forecasting
  • Coach 3–6 sales executives; run roleplays and QA
  • Optimize discovery → consult → conversion playbook
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign lead quality
  • Close enterprise/corporate immigration opportunities

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in consultative sales; 2+ as team lead/manager
  • Strong metrics discipline (win rates, cycle time, AOV)
  • Excellent communication and objection handling

Nice to have

  • Experience with GCC/EU corporate mobility programs
  • Built or scaled a high-velocity inside sales team
