About the role
You’ll be the reliability engine behind successful approvals, ensuring documentation quality and timeline discipline.
Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and standardize client documents
- Prepare forms, SOPs, and submission packets
- Track milestones and SLAs; keep clients updated
- Work with legal/compliance on complex cases
Requirements
- 2–5 years immigration/visa processing
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written communication and client empathy
Nice to have
- Experience with Canadian/Australian skilled migration
- Working knowledge of CRM/case tools
